Comfort Suites Dayton-Wright Patterson

We arrived shortly after dinner with a group needing five rooms, and the host already had the keys ready. Our rooms were together on the same floor and hallway, just as we’d asked, and they even found us a place to practice with our robots before the State Tournament the next day. The stay at Comfort Suites Dayton-Wright Patterson went perfectly. Great service and accommodations, and we’ll be back.

I booked an accessible room a month ahead and expected the senior discount too. At check-in, they said they had no accessible room and wouldn’t honor the discount. I’d never had a hotel flat-out lie to me like that before. I tried to shower in a regular tub with one leg, and I’m not staying there again. Hope no one else gets the same treatment.

There’s nowhere nearby that you can walk to, and the rooms were dated, dirty, and smelled bad. When we asked to switch rooms, they said no. The place is horrible, so spend a little more and stay somewhere else. The review form asks for positive things, but I couldn’t select any of them. I also honestly think the five-star reviews were paid for and made up.

We use it as a convenient stop when visiting the Air Force Museum across the street. It’s clean and fairly quiet, the staff have always been friendly, and the smoke breakfast options get our day off to a good start.
