The location was handy, and the service was great. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the clean breakfast area had plenty to choose from. The little workout room also had everything I needed.

Amber, the night manager, made booking easy and helped us out with the extra towels we needed. Our family had a great stay at the Comfort Inn, Riverton, WY, and the biscuits and gravy were so good they reminded us of home down south. Stacy was exceptional the next morning. Five stars.

We had a family gathering here, and it worked out great. The kids had fun in the pool, and in the evening our family even had soup from a crock pot for supper. Staff were friendly and courteous, and breakfast was great too.

The smell made my eyes, nose, and mouth burn, so I left after 10 minutes. At the front desk, they said management would check me out in the morning, but management later refused and told us to call corporate. Corporate can't check me out either and wants to revisit the case later. Now I'm being charged for three days, including days I wasn't there, and who knows who is using my room. Charge me for one day if that's the no cancellation policy, fine, but let me check out and refund the other two days. This place made me sick.

The bed was comfortable and the water came out hot with good pressure. The rest of the room was awful: dust everywhere, smudges on surfaces, hair and dirt on the floors and shower, and spit in the sink. It was scary enough that I cleaned it myself and sprayed it with lysol, good thing I came prepared. Breakfast was awful and never full. I don't recommend this place.
