Travelodge Wenatchee

I'm pleased with my first stay and will be here for most of the year for work. Vishi was the manager on site, and he was super cool and courteous. I noticed a lot of trades people staying here. The room was clean, the bed was neatly made, and details like that gave me the sense they care about the hotel. I stayed in January 2026 and could see the rooms had been updated with new flooring, furniture, and paint. As a former professional pest control specialist, I check every room for signs of critters, and I didn't see any. For the rate, it's a good place. Don't expect a complimentary breakfast: there isn't one, and the breakfast reviews are ridiculous. You get what you pay for; if you want sausage, ham, eggs, cereal, and all that, go somewhere that costs twice as much.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially when there are other choices nearby for roughly the same price. The rooms were clean but dated, particularly the bathroom, and the wall mounted hair dryer looked like it was from the nineteen eighties and didn't work. Breakfast was the worst I've seen at a hotel, just a sack lunch with a bottle of water. When I checked out and asked for my deposit back, the manager charged me over makeup on a towel. I told him bleach or stain remover would get it out, but he charged me anyway.

The motel was run down, and the heater made noises as it cycled on and off. There was a personal scrubbie being used to hold the shower knob up. Construction trucks were allowed to back into a space and come into my room early in the morning, with diesel fumes that felt like asphyxiation. I had a recent heart stent and ended up calling EMS and going to the hospital because of a truck's remote start. I contacted Vishi right away at 4 am, and he did nothing. He says one thing and does another. I was charged $15 for an ADA certified dog, and when I asked for a receipt for my stay for DSHS, he refused to give me one. He also promised one night free. Terrible!!!

Don't use this hotel. The shower pressure was very low, and some lights didn't work. The old, hard beds were dirty, with stains and hair on the sheets. I paid extra for the complimentary breakfast, but all I got was a bag with a warm bottle of water, a granola bar, and a cheap mini muffin. I'll never stay at a Travel Lodge again!
