The bed was super comfy, and there was a decent continental breakfast each morning. The wifi gets pretty bad when everyone is online, though, and the front desk was kind of hard to deal with. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't a great stay either. I don't know what the rooms cost per night.

The staff were polite, but the facilities felt old and not very clean. Our room was hot when we arrived and didn't cool down until around 4 in the morning. A party on a balcony a couple of doors away kept us up until about 1 a.m. and made us a bit uneasy about our safety. Maybe it was just a bad night, but I wouldn't stay here again or stop in Riverton on another drive across Wyoming.

My son recommended the hotel because it had recently been remodeled, and I'm glad he did. The parking lot is small, though it wasn't a problem during my stay from 3.17 - 3.19. The lobby was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. They asked if I wanted to join Wyndham Rewards; I said yes, only to find I was already a member, so they added the points to my account. Room 201 was at the top of the stairs, through the door and the first door on the right. The huge bed was the first thing I noticed. The mattress felt so firm you could bounce a quarter on it, but I slept comfortably, and the soft pillows were easy to tuck wherever I needed them. There was plenty of sitting space, with a table, chair, and phone that didn't work. I didn't need the phone, so it was no big deal. A small counter held a coffee maker, with a mini fridge and microwave below and two drawers for clothes. There was also an armchair beside a little round table, just right for reading with a glass of wine. My favorite part was the door to a small patio overlooking Main Street. It was too cold and windy to sit out, but on a warmer day it would be nice to watch Riverton go by. The bathroom was tiny but put together nicely, with a marble sink counter, a hair dryer on the right wall, and more towels than one person could need on the left. There was a box of Kleenex in the wall, little bottles of lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, and a couple of small bars of soap. I didn't use the shower, but it looked comfortable for one person, and there were plenty of towels for afterward. Breakfast is served from 6 - 9 each morning. I didn't try it, though the smell drifting up to the bedroom made me think twice about skipping food that early. Maybe next time I'll eat and can give it a fair rating. I think I've found my home away from home for visits to Riverton. My son, grandsons, and great granddaughter live there, so I expect to be back fairly often. Highly recommend.

The room smelled strongly of cat urine, so badly that we went out to buy a candle and air freshener. The fridge didn't work, and the electrical outlets were dead. Employees came in with a master key and surprised us; they said this was the bathroom they use, and it was obviously dirty. Don't stay here!

The rooms are new, with nice beds and a TV, but that's about all I liked. The layout was poorly designed, breakfast was horrible, and there wasn't a phone in the room.
