Brentwood Inn & Suites

We changed key cards 13 times in just a couple of days, and most of the time there was no hot water. The ice machine barely worked during our stay. Someone in the next room smoked pot, and we had to spray Lysol around our door to keep the smell out. It feels absurd that they smoked there when the place is supposed to be non-smoking, while we had to go outside for a cigarette. My husband told the manager we wouldn't come back and said we never had these problems when it was Days Inn. I wouldn't even give it one star if I didn't have to.

There were roaches, and the place smelled strongly of weed. I asked for a refund, but was told I had to report the problem within 30 minutes or get nothing back. I couldn't reach the person who had booked the room for me before that deadline passed, so they said they could do nothing. Disgusting. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I left within five minutes and they still refused to refund me. The room didn't look like the pictures, and it smelled of cigarette smoke and must even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking property. It was dark, with just one corner light, and the nightstand lamps had no bulbs or switches. Dust hung from the lampshades. The phone said Baymont, every vending machine was out of order, and people were lingering in the parking lot.

Housekeeping needs to be fired. The guest in the next room was ignorant and extremely rude, and the whole room needs a complete makeover. No coffee maker or continental breakfast. Horrible, very disappointing, and I won't recommend it.
