Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rochester Hill - Detroit Area by IHG

I've stayed in hotels all across the country, and I've never seen a team work together with such harmony and no drama. Kelly, the manager, is doing an amazing job. Angel, the Housekeeping Supervisor, is just as professional and capable. Everyone on staff is courteous and kind, and the rooms are very clean. They're always ready to help.

They enrolled me in a loyalty program during check-in without telling me. If they ask for your phone number and email, I'd give them contact details you use for spam.

Alvin took great care of me throughout my stay. He was professional and attentive, and made sure I had what I needed without waiting for me to ask. His hospitality made everything go smoothly. I really appreciated the help.

The rooms are cleaned and organized every day, and breakfast is good, but those positives don't make up for the state of the place. It feels old and worn, with some superficial updates that don't change the dated overall condition. The walls are extremely thin, so noise from outside and neighboring rooms carries easily. It seriously affected my ability to rest.
