After a long winter drive, my friend and I arrived late and the night manager, Mark L., gave us a warm welcome and explained the amenities. He was knowledgeable, funny, down-to-earth, and very helpful with whatever we needed. The 24/7 spread of hot tea and coffee, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and other breakfast items was especially welcome after being on the road. Other guests seemed to appreciate it too. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. This is the best Country Inn & Suites I’ve come across in my travels.

Manager Bill kindly mailed me a Bose EarPod I’d left behind on a work trip. That was service above and beyond, and I’ll be back next time I’m in Rochester. The rooms were clean, the location worked well for business, and several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Breakfast was hot and served on time each day.

It was a quiet stay, the place was clean, and all the staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good, especially the potatoes, and the free cookies were a nice treat. The bed was firmer than I’d have liked, and turning left out of the parking lot is difficult. Honestly, neither was a big deal, and everything else was great.

The rooms were clean, and there were towels waiting when we arrived. Snacks were available to buy. The staff were great and accommodating with my family. Roxanne at check-in was polite and professional, and showed us where to go to look at the rooms after we got there.

The room was comfortable and the atmosphere was really enjoyable. Staff felt like family, and having breakfast goodies available 24/7 was awesome. The Umai restaurant next door was a great bonus.
