My mother-in-law was in Rochester for six weeks of chemo and radiation, so we needed an inexpensive place to sleep between appointments. Before arriving, we read the reviews and felt a little nervous as two women traveling there, but once we got here we couldn't understand why so many were negative. It was the most peaceful hotel we've stayed in. It's quiet inside and outside, even when we went out for fresh air or walks around midnight. The people outside seemed harmless and friendly, nothing felt sketchy, and it wasn't loud. The location was handy, with Walmart and Target down the street, Kwik Trip across the street, and other places close by. We requested the free dish packages before arriving so we could cook, and they brought them up right away. The rooms are honestly pretty nice, and everyone was friendly. We meant to stay just a week, but extended because we couldn't believe how nice it was. We're grateful we found a comfortable place while going through this. Reviews can be easy to judge by, but for what we needed, this was perfect. Give it a try and you may love it.

This is a basic place to stay, with no continental breakfast or other amenities. It can suit people staying more than two or three days who want to save money and eat out, or keep food refrigerated and make simple meals or microwave frozen ones. You'll need to ask for dishes, pans, and utensils for the kitchenette, and for a coffee maker. Bring your own toiletries, since very little is provided in the room.

I travel a lot and often use ESAs, and this is one of the best locations I've stayed at. The rooms are great, clean, and have lots of amenities. Service is amazing too, friendly, professional, and always helpful. Thanks, Virat and Himani!

This was by far my worst Extended Stay experience, and I won't return. I came from out of town for a funeral and don't know anyone in the state. When I asked them to check the cameras after being accused of having multiple people in the room, they said nothing. I told them not to disrespect me like that. They should have been concerned about the drug deals I saw going on in the hotel and all the drug addicts around. I've stayed at other Extended Stay locations and they've been great. The place is dirty and disgusting, and the appliances are awful and nothing is maintained. The bed was the only good thing, but I was scared to stay in the room. I can't believe they put people in rooms like that. Spend some money on the property.

The room was battered and run down, with mold in several spots, especially under the toilet lid and in the sink. I could see and smell the dirt as soon as I walked in, and once I reached the room, I knew I needed to leave right away. This place was disgusting. If you care about your health and well-being, stay as far away as possible. Believe the bad reviews, you'll regret booking here.
