The pool area was a highlight for my daughter and me. There's a small section for kids, a bigger pool, and a roomy hot tub, all heated to a comfortable temperature. We found plenty of towels. One restroom was closed, but the one that was open was among the cleanest pool bathrooms I've seen. Breakfast had a nice range of choices, and the attendant kept everything tidy. We'd booked one night, then added another after arriving on December 12-14 and enjoying ourselves so much. They let us check in about 20 minutes early once they confirmed the room was ready. The lobby and halls smelled nice, and the man at the desk was kind. Our room was clean and well stocked, with a Keurig on the desk for coffee. It felt relaxing, there was plenty of shopping nearby, and everyone we met on staff was friendly. We plan to come back for another staycation. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The staff made the biggest impression, they went above and beyond. The price was amazing, about half what similar hotels cost, and the place was nice throughout. The hot tub was actually hot and the pool was warm, which is rare! We had a fun stay bringing in the new year 2026 🎉☺️. I'd recommend it to anyone staying around Rochester. Thanks!

The owner works there and got upset when I complained about the rooms my family and I kept being switched to. When I went to speak with them, I was yelled at and told, "you know our rooms and service aren't that great why do you keep coing back?" I don't stay there every time. The only staff I found nice were an older dark skinned gentleman with no teeth and the breakfast attendant.

Three years ago this place was okay. Now it's run down. The rooms and sheets were dirty, there was trash under the bed, the tub was unclean, and the toilet leaked. Stop renting the room and repair that toilet. The room phone was unplugged with nowhere to plug it in, there were no towels, and the TV didn't work. The pool needs cleaning too. The front desk manager or owner was rude and asked what we wanted. They should close for a few days and hire a company to deep clean the place and fix the toilets. I'm giving one star only because there's no zero-star option.

Breakfast was comforting and really good. They had cheese 🧀 and folded omelette eggs, which you don't come across everywhere. The staff, from morning through overnight, were friendly, warm, and calm, and they took our problems seriously. We stayed several days and I almost didn't want to leave. The room felt inviting and comfortable, and worked for business or personal travel. The tubs were easy to get into, the water stayed hot in the morning and afternoon, and overall I'd come back and hope to bring more business stays here too. Housekeeping was the rough spot. One woman wasn't very polite and seemed unwilling to take responsibility for which rooms they were covering. It eventually got resolved, but that was the least pleasant moment.
