Kristi was the best part of our stay. She greeted everyone, offered nearby food suggestions, asked if we needed water whenever we passed, helped guests get to their rooms, and even filled in as bartender. She made our stay PERFECT and is invaluable to the hotel. We were in town for Mayo Clinic but wanted to avoid downtown construction, and this hotel worked well, less than 15 minutes away by free shuttle. Be sure to tip the drivers. The heated underground parking was $10 a night and well worth it with temperatures at -22 at night and -11 during the day. We could leave the car and use the shuttle each day. What a great hotel experience this week!

The room was nice, though the very cold weather, 55 degrees and -10 outside, probably made it quite dry. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the tub was steaming hot. Underground parking cost extra, but the EV charging was free in the garage, with two Type 2 J1772 chargers. Breakfast was standard, but well stocked and well attended. Everything was hot and ready during the posted hours. No complaints, just a great stay.

This is my favorite place to stay in Rochester, after more than 100 nights here over the past few years. The property is usually immaculate and has a quiet but friendly feel. Terrance and Jeremy take real good care of you. The shuttle to any Mayo spot runs from 5 to sometime in the evening. There’s underground parking for cold days, plus a grill and courtyard when it’s warmer.

We booked the Residence Inn for our wedding group and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Before 7:00 am on Saturday, they set up mirrors, tables, and the extra mimosa bar in the meeting room I rented for the girls to get ready. It was a great, spacious room with natural light. We also used the hotel bar for late-night service after the wedding. They had plates and utensils ready for our guests, which worked out wonderfully.

Andy Thilges was a huge part of what made this wedding stay so memorable. He was quick to answer questions, eager to help, and clearly cared about us and our guests. My wife and I had booked several rooms and the conference room for our rehearsal dinner, and the Residence Inn handled everything beyond what we expected. The staff were wonderful, the rooms clean and roomy, and breakfast was top notch. We had a great experience and won't forget it. Thanks again, Andy and Residence Inn!
