The staff are the best part: if something isn't working or I need anything, they sort it out right away. I deal with serious illnesses and have had them, and this has been a wonderful place to stay, especially for my frequent trips lasting several days. It's home away from home, and I wish I'd known about it before my double lung transplant. There's a daily shuttle to Mayo, and you can call for a pickup when you're done. The drive takes about 8-15 minutes depending on the time and day of the week. My room has a kitchenette with a stovetop, regular-size fridge, and microwave, plus a couch and almost 200 channels to watch. I fall easily, so the bathroom's multiple grab bars, including one in the tub, and wheelchair access are great. Breakfast is good, and they provide free bottles of water. It's nice to cook instead of eating out every meal. They sell laundry detergent and dryer sheets for $1 or less, and frozen food for $2; washers and dryers are available too.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the basic breakfast was good. We stayed a while ago and were really impressed with the service. The staff were attentive, generous, and helpful. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks for caring so much about your customers' experience.

The buffet breakfast was more than adequate. I stayed here while visiting Mayo Clinic, and the staff were extremely helpful, from setting up a shuttle to the Clinic to suggesting restaurants.

I stay in hotels for business all the time, but this trip was for my dad's heart surgery at the Mayo, so it was a really sensitive time for us. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, even bringing water so we'd stay hydrated. I wish I could give the service an extra star. It was amazing care.

The staff were incredible, and the breakfast was great every morning. That says a lot about the leadership and the people handling the day-to-day service. I was extremely happy with my stay and honestly more impressed than I expected. I’ll be back. Thank you, and keep up the good work.
