My stay has been good overall. The staff have been accommodating and quick to respond when something comes up. Management is more than fair, and they don’t tolerate criminal behavior.

BED BUGS, both live and dead, adults and babies. In the first room, live ones were crawling on the supposedly fresh sheets. We switched rooms and found dried bugs all over that one. They refused to refund us.

Manager Ravi was very talented, and the renovated room was clean. I liked the play area in the middle, with its beautiful trees. I was glad they didn’t charge me a deposit as a returning customer, since all the other hotels nearby charge one.

For the 2.5 months we stayed, we had no problems and were grateful for the very reasonable monthly rate. The owners are a kind family who maintain the property, respond quickly to maintenance problems, and don’t tolerate criminal activity. The bed was decent, the sheets and towels were clean, there was cable TV, the A/C worked well, and it was quiet. We couldn’t have gotten through a rough patch and back on our feet without the Napp Inn. Thank you very much.

The shower knob fell off, and the bathroom door hasn’t closed for three weeks. No shower mats, roaches, and no suitcase stand.
