Deshja is amazing. She seems to know what you need before you even realize she's picked up on it, and brings it over. She's the best bartender I've ever had at valleys. She's so knowledgeable and aware of what's happening, unlike a lot of people in this casino. She deserves to move up. I'm really impressed with her.

The sports bar drinks are 🔥, but they're pricey, and the slots feel super tight. We've been coming for about 20 years. Since Bally’s took over, I hardly ever see or hear about anyone hitting on the slots. They've also mostly done away with the quarter machines and old-school slots, so it's nearly all digital now.

My family was treated badly, and I'm not going back. She was refused because her ID had recently expired, even though she was trying to get a new card at the front desk. The clerk knew her from all the times she's been there, which makes it worse. This happened 1/11 at 5pm. Other places deserve a new customer. Bad service. Pick another casino, they'll treat you better.

The people who work here are a big part of why we enjoy our visits. From the Players Club desk, hosts, marketing team, security, and maintenance, employees remember your name and seem hardworking and happy. Our VIP host Jennifer W is especially helpful with booking, and the Bally's Rewards program is the best casino rewards program I've belonged to, with lots of free gifts, food, and play for card members. The casino has a good mix of older and newer games, and we've won with both low and higher bets. Rooms are clean and nice, beds comfortable, and they include a coffee maker and fridge. At the Sportsbook, the bartenders, waitstaff, and food runners are phenomenal. The food is great, especially the Bourbon Blues Burger and Hot Honey Salmon with risotto. The Players Buffet beats other casino buffets for variety and flavor. Jerome there is friendly and great about answering allergy or preference questions, and the waitstaff keep drinks filled even when it's packed. Great customer service all around.
