I had to book somewhere at the last minute, and with nowhere else available when I arrived late, this place did the job. It still wouldn't be my choice in the area. The bright lights outside came through the blackout shade and left the room glowing, so I spent two nights tossing and turning. I moved to another hotel as soon as I could. There were two refrigerators in the room for some reason; I'd have rather had a microwave. Hopefully I can stay elsewhere next time.

The staff were wonderful, but the rooms felt much older than the hotel is. It's less than five years old, yet didn't feel stylish like the other Tru hotels I've stayed in.

I liked having the board of local activities since I'm not from the area and wanted ideas for getting out. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary laundry was a great surprise. The bed wasn't luxurious, but it was comfortable enough. I'd come back.

I do like the hotel, but I found a bloody tissue in the pool when I went swimming. That's gross and unsanitary, and makes me question whether the water is safe for children and others to swim in. The pool needs to be cleaned.

The lobby is really cool, with a pool table and lots of games for the family, and the staff are always smiling and helpful. We love the pool and pancakes, too. The rooms are on the small side, but we're not there to spend all our time in them anyway.
