I never even stayed here, but I’m still out $130. I booked by mistake while trying to reserve a room in New Mexico, then called within five minutes to cancel. A staff member told me the cancellation would go through and the fees would be waived. A week later there was no refund, and when I followed up, nobody took responsibility. Lisa, the owner, didn’t seem willing to sort it out despite my immediate call and the fact that I never used the room. This comes down to basic customer service and keeping your word. If a booking goes wrong, don’t count on flexibility here. I’d think twice before booking, or choose somewhere else.

The rooms are roomy, and the whole place was spotless with a lovely smell. Everyone on staff was warm and accommodating. There are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away. I’d happily recommend it.

Really liked my suite, it was sweeeet. The mattress was great, and there was plenty of hot water with strong pressure. Staff were nice, breakfast was free and good, and the hotel is right off the highway. Very convenient.

After a long drive, time in the pool and hot tub was just what I needed. The pool looked like the best maintained one I’ve ever seen at a hotel. My room was big, clean, and smelled good. Breakfast was standard. I’d recommend staying here, especially for families.

Our double queen room was huge, clean, and had comfortable, fresh bedding. I’ve run into a lot of hotel cleanliness problems in recent years, so this spotless room was a relief. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and tasty, which is all I need, even if it wasn’t spectacular. It’s right by the interstate, and the clerk who checked us in was friendly and quick. We’d driven over five hours from the Denver airport and were exhausted, so I appreciated that. The price is high, but it’s a nice HIE. I don’t get to SW Wyoming often, but if I need a room in the area again, I’ll book here if I can.
