We'd stayed here many times before without a problem, so when the manager offered a different room after we saw a bed bug crawling in the bed, we decided to move rather than wait for the hold on our card to be returned. The manager first tried to sweep the bug off while sounding irritated and saying the housekeeping team cleaned very well. We spent the night in the other room without further trouble. Three days after checkout, the $50 incidental hold was still there. The manager said it would be released in a couple more days, but two days later it had become a charge. When I called again, he said it was for damage, but couldn't give me any details. I said there was no damage and asked for an explanation. He refused to refund it, said we were now on the do-not-stay list, and hung up. I hadn't planned to review the hotel over the bed bug, but being charged unfairly and treated that way changed my mind. The hotel has bed bugs, and the manager showed no accountability or customer service.

I didn't stay, so I can't rate the rest of the hotel. The pictures are misleading and show amenities that aren't there. The room doors face outside, toward traffic near the highway, so road noise is usually an issue.

Bella was courteous and helpful the whole time, and whenever I needed something, someone on staff was ready to assist. The room was clean and quiet, and the people were very friendly. If you're traveling and need a place to rest, I'd stop here. The service was great.
