The complimentary buffet was better than we expected, and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. We were part of a large wedding group; check-in included an explanation of the several parking options. Our room was clean when we arrived, and the pool area was maintained and had clean towels. There was a rooftop bar, a restaurant, and games. The elevators bothered me because you couldn't exit on a floor, though the kids liked them, so maybe that's just my age talking. Bars, chain restaurants, a live outdoor music event, and the river were all within walking distance. We'd recommend this place and stay again if we're in the area.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel makes good use of technology. It has a 24-hour fitness center, a restaurant, and a rooftop bar, all in a cool converted factory that still has its historic character. It's right on the Rock River. Parking takes a bit of figuring out, but that doesn't take away from the stay.

Breakfast was fantastic, with eggs cooked fresh and made to order. Our room was spacious, clean, and looked out over the river. Parking felt a little unusual since it only becomes free after 5 pm, and the gym is under construction.

The room had a lovely view, and Culinary Underground was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a huge range of delicious breakfast options. Parking costs extra. We needed the advertised business center for time-sensitive work, but it isn't there anymore. Also, the rooftop lounge is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so you can't go up to take in the advertised panoramic views on those days.

I've stayed here at least five times, and it's still my favorite hotel in the area. There are lots of places to relax, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. They even have a golf simulator. The staff take good care of you during your stay.
