I was staying at the hotel next door when some Amazon packages meant for me were delivered here by mistake. I went over around 10pm to ask about them politely, and the woman working got hostile, yelled at us, and tried taking pictures instead of helping. She even drew other guests into it, and they started yelling too. It was some of the rudest, most unprofessional service I’ve experienced. She shouldn’t be working with customers. A horrible experience, and I’d think twice before doing business here.
