Equality Inn

This was a bad place to stay with kids. Two different workers walked in on me breastfeeding my baby, twice in the same hour. Staff also watched us on camera and called our room as soon as I walked in, and I felt harassed along with my children. Other guests complained about noise, with the walls and floors so thin, and the hotel refused to service my room for two weeks, seemingly to push me to leave. Alpine Inn across the street is more accommodating to families and has a better rate. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends or family.

The staff had very bad attitudes, and none of the plugs in our room worked. The TV channels were awful, too. When I arrived on March 30, the woman with the beefy wig was VERY RUDE, and her attitude was completely off. The next day, they said my two toddlers, both three, couldn't stay in the room with me because we only had one bed. I don't know why they couldn't sleep with me. I tried to upgrade at the property, but since I'd paid through a website, they said I couldn't. I had to pay another $85.50 for a room so my toddlers would have somewhere to sleep that night, plus a $50 deposit. There's also a man there with mental health issues who walks up to anybody. When I tried to come back for the extra night, they wouldn't let me stay, even though Booking.com showed my reservation as March 30-April 1. They said I'd already been there for two days, but I'd checked in on the 29th, so I couldn't stay. It was very unprofessional.

It's really sad how different this place feels since it was sold. I wasn't impressed, and it isn't anything like it used to be. There are a lot of stores nearby, but traffic is wild and makes getting into or out of the parking lot difficult.

i had a good experience at the equality inn. the staff were cool and professional, and my room was clean, nice, and well ventilated. it's a quiet area, and they allow smoking and pets.
