We only stayed about eight hours to sleep and shower, and the room itself was fine. The trouble was getting it. I had prepaid for two nights through Priceline, but travel problems kept me from arriving the first night, and the nonrefundable booking was canceled. I hadn't called since I had already paid in full. When I arrived the next day, Brian Diaz said a room was available but I'd have to pay again. He said management wasn't available when I asked to speak with someone. Priceline gave me information to show him, but he still insisted I had to pay. The manager eventually called back, apparently after Brian texted, and told him to give me the room because it was already paid for. Brian, with very long, dirty fingernails, was scrolling through my phone. He shouldn't be in customer service.

The walls are paper thin, and the TV had no sound at all, so I couldn't watch it. I called the front desk three times and got no answer. When I complained the next day, the man there wasn't apologetic. He said the owner was out of town and would call me sometime, but nobody ever did. Spend $20 more and find a decent place. I wouldn't go back.

I'm writing this at 2:38 a.m. and I'm done. I'm leaving right now after three nights of the TV in Room 222 blaring beside me. The rooms are arranged so it's mounted about six inches from my head, and I haven't been able to sleep. Each night I've knocked on their door or tried the front desk, but nobody answers. The walls are paper thin, and the other guests have been trashy. I've gotten sick, and the lack of sleep hasn't helped. Stay away. I'm posting this on booking.com too.

Raj was nice, and the rooms were okay, though they need a deep clean. The real disappointment was breakfast, or the lack of it. All there was, besides coffee, was one three-tier plastic container of stale donuts that were probably from the Safeway down the street. If breakfast matters to you, don't stay here. Calling that breakfast feels like false advertising.
