Best Western Plus Rockwall Inn & Suites

The whole team was kind and helpful, from morning through night, and they did what they could to keep guests happy. The hotel and rooms were clean, the prices were good, and my kids loved the indoor pool. My family had a great stay here. 10/10, we’d recommend it! 🤩

The location worked well, and the in-room jetted tub for two was a nice plus. There were three dead roaches on the floor, though, and the elevator smelled awful. Breakfast coffee was easily the worst “coffee” I’ve ever tried.

I’m back for my third stay, and the service was good. The bed, pillows, and towels were all great, and both the hotel and parking lot looked clean. Getting in and out from the I-30 service road is tough, though. There’s a lot of traffic, noise, and construction around the location.

I was in Dallas for my dad’s funeral and stayed at this Best Western. The room smelled so strongly of musk when I walked in that I could hardly stand it. The AC didn’t work right, and the room was dirty, with a filthy microwave, stains on the wall, and hair in the bathtub. I was too occupied with the funeral to ask for another room. I’ve never stayed at a Best Western before, and I won’t again. I’d choose a Quality Inn or somewhere by Wyndham instead.
