The night shift woman went above and beyond when we were in a bad situation, and the staff deserve raises. But the room and the response from the day manager made this a terrible stay. Our jacuzzi suite smelled very musty, the carpet was wet when we arrived, and my child broke out in awful hives. We felt sleepy and sick. The jacuzzi bottom was gritty, which was bad for sensory issues, and its metal handle came off. For the price, the room wasn't a good experience. We paid full price for three nights but only got a few hours the first night. The pool and hot tub were closed, and the water was rusty. We used extra towels to keep water off the floor and did our best to clean, but no maid came. The day manager was mean and rude, said we could have moved even though nobody offered that, and I wasn't even given an apology. We had to wait an extra hour to talk to the manager. That boss lady made all of us cry, and we don't want to return. You never know what someone is dealing with. Kindness matters.

April 25-26, 2026. Our first room seemed comfortable, but before unpacking I checked it because of past hotel and r&b stays. A filthy AC filter was sitting on top of the unit, which didn't seem healthy. The very nice, polite young man at the front desk agreed and moved us down the hall to a much better room. I was assured the first one would be taken care of. Room 205 was clean, comfortable, and a good size. The AC worked perfectly, and it had a small fridge, microwave, and mini coffee maker. The coffee was good, a pleasant surprise, and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. There was a liquid stain on the chair by the table and a few tears in the curtains. New sheer curtains seem like a cheap fix, maybe $8-12 at Walmart. Breakfast was pretty tasty, as you can hear in my videos. Customer service was absolutely amazing, fast, friendly, accommodating, and professional. It's a little off the beaten path, but only 2-4 minutes from a main freeway to the Twin Cities, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a few cafes nearby. The pool and hot tub were closed at the time, but they hoped to open them soon. For a comfortable room, a good night's rest, and fantastic service, I'd stay here.

The host was good, but why own a hotel with black mold in the air conditioners? I saw the owner replying to people's reviews, but I don't want excuses. There's no excuse for old, moldy AC units in the rooms.

The bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower got as hot as I wanted, with good water pressure. The room also had a fridge and microwave, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast is served 6-10 am according to the sign: eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, bagels, mini muffins, cereal, water, milk, juices, and coffee. The hotel is cozy and fully carpeted. The parking lot is U-shaped, so truckers can drive through counter-clockwise and park near the far exit. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance on 04.16.2026. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

We were in room 101. At least the bed was comfortable, but the sheets weren't fresh, with hair on them. There was black mold inside the AC unit, ants on the bathroom floor, and a leaking toilet. We had to unplug the lamps to turn them off. In the morning, the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. I asked the front desk if it was fully non-smoking and told her about the smell. I'm not sure she did anything, but it eventually went away as we were leaving. Basically, it was just a place to sleep.
