Hampton Inn Bentonville/Rogers

The hotel is conveniently located for Crystal Bridge Art Museum, at the edge of a large shopping center near Barnes and Noble, shops, and restaurants. Outside construction was happening, but it wasn't noisy. Staff gave great customer service, and breakfast included a nice hot selection as well as oatmeal, cereal, juice, milk, and coffee. My room was comfortable, clean, and quiet at night, though I was disappointed by the dim lighting and the bathroom's very limited counter space.

For Bikes Blues and BBQ bike week 2025 in the first few days of October, this was our hotel in the Rogers area, and we were glad we chose it. Tracy welcomed us at the desk with a smile, and Anne, Emily, and Sarah also made the stay worth repeating. Maria kept breakfast well stocked and helped with a special dietary need. We really appreciated the microfiber towels provided for our Harley. The room was clean and roomy, with comfortable queen beds and a luggage rack so our bags didn't have to sit on the floor. The beds were made daily, towels refreshed each day, and sheets changed for our second night. The shower had a good showerhead, and breakfast had a range of choices, including items for special diets. Thank you, Tracy, Anne, Emily, Sarah, and Maria, for such a pleasant, memorable stay! The room was great, and the service was excellent. Payment was handled with clear communication and understanding. Breakfast was really good, with a variety I enjoyed.

I stayed four nights and enjoyed it. There was plenty of parking, a good fitness center, and a nice indoor pool. They don't limit the air conditioning like many hotels do, which I appreciated. Housekeeping came every other day, and the front desk could provide anything I needed between visits or bring it up to my room. The basics here are done well, better than at places that cut corners. My only minor complaint is that entering the lot from the west isn't very convenient, but it wouldn't keep me from staying again.
