We planned to stay here just after an issue with the Airbnb we had booked, and ended up keeping the room for the whole week instead of looking for another one. The rooms are like little apartments, and the breakfast was really good every morning. The staff were amazing every time we spoke with them, especially when they booked us at the last minute. We loved the place and will return and recommend it to others. Thank you, Residence Inn by Marriott Bonvoy!

I slept great, stayed warm, and had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs and sausage, and I loved the coffee. My room had a kitchen, and if you need the extra space, I'd pick that room. That section was quiet and peaceful. The laundry room is beautiful, with plenty of washers and dryers. They also have carts, laundry soap and other items for sale, plus soda and snacks. The staff are so kind and helpful, and you can tell they care about their guests. I'll gladly come back.

The location was convenient, and the hotel had nice accommodations, but the staff made the biggest impression. Beth at the front desk was especially welcoming and hospitable. It's less common now for an interaction to feel warm and genuine, so I really appreciated hers.

The welcome card from the staff was a lovely personal touch, and Val was friendly and helpful at check-in. Beth helped us at checkout and gave us clear directions to Branson, so we didn't need a map or GPS. The rooms were among the cleanest I've seen in a long time, the food was delicious, and the pool was refreshing after a long day. On several evenings, though, the coffee was lukewarm at best. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay, and I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Beth at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I asked whether breakfast would have anything safe for my food allergy, and she checked with the kitchen to make sure I was taken care of. I'd definitely stay here again.
