Breakfast had lots to choose from, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. I’ve stayed here a few times while visiting family in town. The lobby is really cool, parking is easy, and the rooms are great. Customer service was four out of five stars for me, though. The late-night staffer seemed new and didn’t seem to like her job.

We were close to everything we wanted to see, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean and the room felt comfortable. I’d add healthier breakfast choices, like sugar-free yogurt or berries, and soften the harsh, bright room lighting. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Alyssa, the front-end manager at Tru by Hilton, made us feel right at home. She even got the World Series game playing on the lobby TV and joked around with us. She greeted us warmly and kept up her smile and positive energy throughout our stay. You can tell she cares about guests and takes pride in her work. Alyssa said she hopes to become a General Manager someday, and I have no doubt she will. Her attitude and customer service were exceptional.

The free breakfast was tasty and had a decent range of options, including an automatic pancake maker. Our one-king room was comfortable and well appointed, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I’d stay again if I’m back in Rogers.

The breakfast sucks, and the digital key wouldn’t work on the side door. Still, the rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the place had a comfortable feel with a modern look. It’s nice, and I’d stay here again.
