The location was good, and the staff were at least polite. But the room was awful. There was a strange leak on the floor, roaches, and linens thin enough to see through.

There were bed bugs here. Don't stay.

I only needed another key for my room, but the main lobby is locked down completely overnight, so don't count on getting one. Someone was sleeping on the lobby couch, while the open sign was still on as if they wanted business. I tried for over an hour to reach anyone. If I'd had my phone, I would've called the cops. After I had to force my way in, I finally got someone's attention in the back office. They said I'd have to pay for damages. I'm not paying for damages. If you're open, don't lock the lobby doors.

I stay here because it's quiet and nobody bothers you. The manager, Mr. Norm Hart, is a great, cheerful person who's there whenever you need him. The housekeeper, my homeboy Spencer, is helpful, hardworking, and available when you need him too.
