The parking lot was very well lit, and there were plug-ins available for my boat. For what I paid and expected, the stay was okay. The rooms are dated and need refreshing, though, and there was a foul smell when I arrived, so I had to leave the door open to air the room out. They charged a $51.75 deposit for incidentals, which they said would be refunded at checkout. It took four days to show up, and only $50 came back. It's odd that they actually charge you instead of just keeping a card on file, and that you don't get the full amount returned.

The room was clean and had a huge, nicely lit mirror that I enjoyed. I got a hot shower, and the service was friendly. I was traveling alone and felt safe. The Guest Inn in Roger’s AR was just over a 15-minute drive from bar hopping in Bentonville and five minutes from charming downtown Roger’s. I paid my $50 deposit in cash and got it back easily when I left, as long as you don't trash the room, of course. Definitely recommend!

The room was fresh, comfortable, and looked brand-new, and I felt safe and relaxed throughout my stay at the Guest Inn in Rogers, AR. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was affordable without feeling cheap, and the quality made it worth the price. Everything smelled nice, and there were no roaches or bed bugs. Highly recommend!

The rooms were spotless, with brand-new furniture, smooth new taps and shower valves, and all the necessary toiletries. The motel is right by the road, so getting in and out is easy, and there's a gas station very nearby. I visited on 14 November 25 after reading the reviews and stopping at the office to ask about it. I was surprised to find that non-smoking rooms cost $69 per day, while the web listing showed $83. We booked two nights at $69 a day. I'd recommend staying here and hope you have a happy stay.
