The price is hard to beat, especially since you get much more room than you'd expect for what you pay. It's very clean, and the owner is an amazing, hospitable man. They also have boat parking and extension cord plugs.

I was there June 26th - 29th 2025 and arrived around 11pm on a muggy night. The cold AC was a relief. The King bed was comfortable, the sink looked newly installed, and I saw no signs of bugs. It was quiet, the manager was polite, and I slept well. I'll stay there again.
