I felt safe here, including in the well-lit parking lot, and my car was fine. The room was roomy, clean, and in good shape, with no smoke at all in the non-smoking area. The bed and bathroom were clean too, and I was relieved not to find any bedbugs. The heater worked well, and the shower stayed hot. Staff, including the maids, were nice, and the front desk welcomed us. The male manager was sweet, quick, and on top of things. Breakfast ran from 7 to 9 every day, with plenty of coffee, and I liked making my own waffle. The hotel was quiet, and the TV did the job, though a bigger one would be nice. The inside was decent, even if the outside could use an upgrade. I’d definitely stay again. Thanks to the staff for working hard and treating visitors with care and respect.

The stiff bed was my one real complaint, though the price made the stay a fair deal. My cat and I were comfortable in the spacious ground-floor room, which was relatively clean and had very hot water. It was quiet, and there was plenty of parking when I arrived around 10:30 p.m. The evening staff were very helpful and informative. The morning crew was kind too, greeting me warmly and wishing me well. A solid place to stop just off the interstate. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The rooms smelled strongly of marijuana, and they didn’t seem hygienic. I also think the deposit they charge is far too high. The worst part was what happened to my money: they refunded my deposit in the morning, then that same night the hotel took $100 from my account as though I’d authorized it. I contacted the person who’d helped me, but they did everything except take responsibility. To me, that’s theft. My bank confirmed the withdrawal, and I filed a complaint; I’m still waiting to hear back. Be very careful with the staff and your bank account after you leave. I had a very unpleasant experience and don’t recommend this place.

The service was great, and the breakfast bar stayed stocked. The location was convenient, but being so close to the freeway made it loud. Our room smelled really musty throughout all 3 nights, and we had to try several times to flush the toilet. The repairs in the room also looked poorly done.
