They have nice rooms, but management needs to learn how to treat customers. I was already checked in when I went to pay for another day, and they charged me an early check-in fee anyway.

The stay itself was good, but the staff got into our business over visitors during the day and tried to harass us about them. We kept quiet, then they said customers were complaining. There wasn't breakfast either. I'd avoid staying here and won't come back. I definitely want to speak with higher management.

I booked through OYO for October the 28th, 2025, but when I got to the hotel, they said no rooms were available. I'd called every day since making the reservation and kept being told I was a no-show. The man at the hotel said there'd been a death in the family and the rooms were all full of their family. OYO won't refund my $62. That may not be much to some people, but it's a lot to me, and I don't think a company should take people's money and act like we're trying to cheat them. I'm planning to talk to a lawyer Monday morning. OYO or Garden inn and suites, you can still make this right. I'm serious about taking this to court over what I see as stealing our money.

The rooms were nasty, with roaches and stained sheets, and it was an expensive dump of a motel. The people were rude and watched everything I did. I had my 8 year child with me, and they wanted to charge extra. They also told me not to park in front. I don't know how this place gets any business. I felt the people were racist as hell. Stay away from Garden Inn and keep your money. I'd rather be under a bridge. Kings Inn was much better: clean rooms, good prices and channels, and sweet people. Garden Inn is bad business and the worst place ever.
