Brittany at the front desk understood why I didn't want to stay and helped me get my refund, so I'm giving the service two stars for her help. The rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. There were roaches when I arrived, and the room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was marked smoke-free. Getting a refund involved a lot of runaround and unhelpful responses. Based on what I saw in the parking lot, I believe drug users may be using this location. I wouldn't recommend it. Please stay away.

I went ahead and stayed despite the bad reviews, and had a great time. Everyone was really nice, especially the women at the front desk. I'd stay here again.

We left right away. The lobby bathroom had blood on the toilet seat and toilet paper, and we hadn't even sat down. At check-in, people were taking an hour to get through. The hotel was disgusting, and the photos don't show what it's really like. They also allow drinking while kids run around, which is unacceptable.

The hotel was under construction, but I couldn't find any mention of renovations on its site. I booked through the Hopper app and found the listing very misleading. The room was filthy, with cockroaches crawling on the bed and dirty floors. The front desk wasn't helpful. The coffee maker in my room didn't work, and when I mentioned it, she told me to be thankful I had one because half the other rooms didn't.

It's been just me and my husband on these short getaways, and this place has worked out perfectly. I've stayed many times, and my bed and shower have always been clean, which is what matters to me for a quick stay. The people are amazing, too.
