Super 8 Romeoville Bolingbrook

Check-in and checkout were easy and quick, and the staff were welcoming and happy to help. My room was comfortable and clean, too. I had a great stay at the Super 8 and would be glad to return. I'd recommend it.

Hello, I’m writing about my concerns with the front desk representative, Siri. The guest had to change rooms because they had a pet, though that restriction wasn’t mentioned in the original booking. It should have been made clear before the reservation was confirmed. There were also extra refundable incidental fees, which hadn’t been disclosed before booking. The interactions with Siri, on the phone and in person, were uncomfortable. She didn’t answer questions clearly, and it felt like she took simple questions as personal attacks. My customer felt uncomfortable throughout the stay. Guests should feel welcomed and supported by staff, but this experience had the opposite effect. I wouldn’t send future customers to this property in Bolingbrook.

We were in the Romeoville IL area while I attended orientation with a trucking company, and the rates were great. My wife and I stayed a couple of days.
