Emily was patient and really kind, even with the loud kids around. I’d accidentally booked a room with one bed, and she helped me get upgraded to one with two. Great service!

For two nights, the bus carrying kids blocked the hotel entrance while unloading, even though there was room to pull over to either side of the road. Once the kids were off, the driver stayed parked with the door open, talking on the phone. We raised it with management, but they didn’t do anything to tell the driver to keep the entrance clear for other paying guests trying to reach the parking lot.

He’s a Nirvana fan, so that front desk engineer gets five stars from me. Breakfast was good if you stuck to the set times, though. Don’t try sneaking out yogurt, an oatmeal packet, five granola bars, or bananas, and definitely don’t take multiple boxes of cold cereal.

The next morning, my packed lunch was ruined because the fridge wasn’t cold enough, so I had to throw the food away. The bed was badly worn with a big dip in the middle. It might be fine for one person, but with two, I stayed awake so I wouldn’t roll into my partner. Check-in was awful too: the front desk guy gave me attitude when I was running late. Very unprofessional, and a complete waste of money. I was beyond disappointed and will never stay here again.
