Helena, you and your staff were wonderful. Our car broke down today, and we thought it would be out of action until tomorrow. We booked a room, and you let us come in early. Luckily, a local auto shop got it fixed by early evening, and we really appreciate your offer of a refund and your hospitality. Definitely recommend!

The staff were very friendly, which makes it hard to post this, but I feel I have to. The room was shockingly dirty: stained sheets and mattresses, dirty towels tossed on the counter, handprints and fingerprints everywhere, and blood on the floor under the bathroom sink. There was no toilet paper. The fire alarm hung from the ceiling, outlets were coming out of the wall, ants crawled out of the drains, and the dirty door wouldn't close all the way. It was just my daughter and me, and I've never felt more worried for our safety. Our flight was delayed so late that we didn't check in until 1:30 a.m., and I couldn't find somewhere else to stay. I honestly wish we'd spent the night in the rental car on the side of the road. It would've been safer and cleaner. I can't imagine anyone feeling good about letting people stay here. Never again.

The women working there were very nice, but the room itself was rough. The bed was awful to sleep on and needs replacing. The flooring was coming apart, and there were a few cockroaches. The sheets and pillowcases were badly stained too. The so-called breakfast was junk, with donuts, bread, bagels, waffles, and sugary cereal, no real food.

The manager was rude, and the rooms had roaches. The bathtub was stained, and there were holes in the wall. We stayed only two nights, but they argued with us and said we'd stayed three. I'd never stay there again. This place needs to be shut down.
