For $125 a night, this place is a disgrace. The bathroom had rotten trim, a broken shower rod, a clogged toilet, missing overflow trim, mold on the ceiling, and a hole right by the tub. The bath door had no lock, and the room door wouldn't lock either. The AC barely worked and had broken louvers. The beds were on wheels, with the headboard bolted to the wall like a picture. Blankets had cigarette burns all over them. There were dead cockroaches on the floor, the TV service was poor with most channels fuzzy, and nothing showed much pride at all.

After a six-hour drive, we arrived hoping to rest, only to be told the hotel had overbooked and we'd have to find somewhere else. The front desk employee wasn't trained and didn't know how to talk with me, so he called his manager and made me speak to him. This place is horrendous and absolutely disgusting. The owner should be ashamed of how badly the establishment is run.

The plumbing is messed up, so how can you take a normal shower? The way they speak to customers is awful. Their service treats you like a prisoner instead of someone who chose to spend money there.

I stayed at the one on Pulaski highway. It was disgusting and had roaches. I'm never going back.

The room was uncomfortable, with an unpleasant tile floor and a bed so squeaky and uncomfortable that we couldn't even stay the night. The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, and there was a hole beside the tub. I wouldn't be surprised if there were mice. No wonder it's cheap. Luckily, the people were kind enough to let us switch to another one at no charge, and I'm grateful for that. I'm sorry we ended up at this place, but hopefully they can improve things a bit.
