Sebastian Gardens Inn & Suites

We left and never went back, even though the rooms weren’t refundable. I’d rather take the loss than stay there. The smell was like a dead rat, nothing seemed clean, and the bedding hadn’t been changed. There was pubic hair and skin flakes in the bed. I was too grossed out to touch anything or take photos. There were holes in the walls, and the whole place and the staff felt sketchy. This doesn’t deserve one star.

One bed looked like someone had already slept in it, and the rooms were dirty. There were hairs in the tub, no cups or glasses, and no coffee. It was very dark, like they were trying to hide the dirt. There were holes in the wall, no pool, and the TV didn’t work.

People seem to live there, and the business feels bad all around. Roaches were everywhere, like an infestation, and they take your deposit without giving it back. I spent the whole night cleaning and spraying for bugs. The showers never work, and the sinks are clogged. The pool opened for one day after a year of repairs. This hotel needs help. Dirty, dirty, and yes, dirty.

The office and cleaning staff are so nice. If anything goes wrong, they help right away without hesitation. I absolutely love them and would definitely recommend the place.
