Shopping and restaurants are right across the street, and we had an amazing time otherwise. I did appreciate that the front desk returned my phone after I left it on the counter. But I chose this motel partly for the hot tub, and only found out it wasn't working after I asked for extra towels. The room also lacked hand towels and washcloths, the shower drain was clogged with hair and drained slowly, and the wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser was coming loose. I could barely get conditioner out. I hope they fix these basic issues. There’s no continental breakfast, and late checkout only goes until 11:30 a.m.

We thought the lot was for hotel guests, since nobody mentioned that it was shared with nearby apartments and there were no signs or clear markings. Our tires were damaged while parked there, so we had to replace two of them at our own expense during the trip. It was a costly hassle that could have been avoided with clearer communication. Guests shouldn’t be exposed to this kind of risk because the parking arrangements aren’t explained. I hope management addresses it.

The staff were welcoming, considerate, respectful, and nice, and there are stores and places to eat nearby. They’re renovating, though, and the TV channels sucked.

The room was really nice, which was a big plus for us, and the service was great. My fiancé and I found it affordable for a one-night stay. I’d definitely recommend coming here.

I keep coming back to Bokai Garden Hotel. The place is quiet and peaceful, and the rooms are spotless and well cared for. It’s also very affordable, with friendly staff who are happy to help. Highly recommended!
