My first week of a two-week stay went well. The woman who checked me in was pleasant and gave me a deal, which I really appreciated since I booked last minute over a holiday weekend. In the second week, though, the man on site was rude and unpleasant. Paying for the next week through him was difficult, and when I was with my infant, he rudely told us we couldn’t keep a chair outside the room. We put it back inside, but he kept telling us to go into our room as though he could direct where we went. The internet was out for a full day midway through that week. I reported it at the office the next day; they said it was on and that someone could check, but nobody came. The front desk was often empty, and on several occasions no one showed up to help after I waited several minutes. This happened on checkout day, so I left the key and told housekeeping I was checking out.

There was no odor, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. But it was too noisy to sleep well. Footsteps and knocking on the wall in the middle of the night woke me several times, even with earplugs.

The management have been kind and very helpful during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and how clean the hotel was. The rooms are large and well lit, with lots of channels, free Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities on site. Circle K is close by, so it’s easy to get snacks or gas. Amazing hotel.

For the price, the rooms are nice, and the host was flexible about the deposit. There’s no microwave, and some of the systems are older.
