Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare – Rosemont by IHG

We could hear everything from nearby rooms through the paper-thin walls: a barking dog, the little girl next door, and a whole family across the hall having a conversation. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am. They should be able to tell when people have checked out before coming to clean, but this hotel apparently doesn't follow that practice. I used IHG points and still feel like I overpaid. The $20 parking charge seemed to have no reason behind it other than greed. The whole place felt cheap, and my one night there was one night too many.

We were stranded after our connecting flight was canceled, and it was already 2am. Two other hotels told us they had no availability until noon, but when I called Holiday Inn, they said they'd have a room ready when we arrived. We had no reservation and just walked in at 4am with our infant, yet the staff were incredible. They gave us options for late dinner and breakfast, and the shuttle was a huge help after being stuck at the airport. The room worked out wonderfully for our family. From now on, I'll always choose Holiday Inn. Amazing staff and accommodations, and an absolutely great experience.

We stayed overnight during a layover on the way home and were comfortable here. The rooms seem fairly recently renovated and were clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom didn't look as updated as the rest of the room, but that's a minor thing. Front desk service was great from check-in through checkout, and Andres helped sort out a small issue to our satisfaction. The location worked well, with easy freeway access and several places within walking distance. It's about 5 5 minutes from the rental car center and 10-15 minutes from O'Hare, with frequent free shuttles to the terminals. We'd definitely stay here again when we need to be near the airport.

I've called the Holiday Inn in Rosemont several times with questions, and Reem has answered each call with patience, professionalism, and a genuinely pleasant tone. Even her voice made me feel welcomed and cared for. When I finally checked in and met her face to face, it was lovely to connect that sweet voice with her. She was just as kind and professional in person, neat, courteous, and attentive. Reem's customer service is outstanding and a great example of hospitality done right. Thank you, Reem.
