Texas Inn

I couldn't stay the night here. There were cockroaches all over the room, including inside the refrigerator, and the toilet and towels were dirty. The towels even had hair from previous guests, and the room smelled foul. I couldn't sleep, sit on the bed, or use the chairs, so I packed up and left. The woman at the front desk said I couldn't get a refund. I found another hotel and spent the night there. This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen.

The mold smell in the rooms was overwhelming, and cleanliness wasn't up to standard. Management really needs to address that before I'll stay here again. This was my first time booking a room here, and Jackie at reception handled check-in thoroughly and answered all my concerns professionally. I was well accommodated by her, but next time I'm back in Rosenberg, I'll keep driving down the road.

The location made it easy to get around, with attractions and public transportation nearby. My room had plenty of space, a comfortable bed, clean linens, modern amenities, and complimentary toiletries. I also had a stunning view from the window. Check-in went smoothly, and the friendly front desk staff welcomed me warmly. The tastefully decorated lobby felt inviting. I enjoyed my stay at Oyo Rosenberg and would recommend it as a comfortable, convenient place to stay. I'd be glad to return.

No issues for me. The staff are really nice and helpful, and I love that it's kid friendly. Best part! I haven't seen any bugs either, which is a big plus.
