The staff were wonderful, and the quiet room worked for what I needed that night. I booked a suite so my dog could settle in the bedroom with some separation from noise. I was there one night last month. The bathroom seemed newly redone, with clean tile and surprisingly strong water pressure. Traffic came through the windows, though it died down after a certain hour. The front and back dog-walking areas were well lit. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, but the food was just okay. The place could use updates: there were stains on the bed frames, and carpet was peeling where it met the kitchen tile. Still, it met my needs for the night.

Thanks to Hannah at the front desk for going above and beyond. I’m sorry my company caused you so much trouble. I’d recommend this hotel. I haven’t been able to stay overnight yet, and hopefully we can work that out soon. I was exhausted after working all day. Our company sends people all over, especially to the Toledo store, which is our best one. The higher-ups stay here when they’re in town, too. Thank you.

I only lasted in room 223 for less than seven hours before I had to leave. The hotel felt rundown, the furniture was ripped, and the desk seemed like it might collapse when I set my bags on it. The AC was loud, and there was a steady noise behind the couch. I couldn’t tell if it was a mouse or something leaking. I was there on January 16, 2026. There are other places to stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this one. Good luck.

It was clean, quiet, and convenient. Breakfast could be better, and they should provide two extra blankets. All there was to use was a very thin sheet and a cotton comforter.

Ask for Alex, young, charming, and a total hunk. The team really went out of its way to make us comfortable, and check-in was easy thanks to the warm, professional welcome. Our room was spotless, nicely designed, and had the modern amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, a stunning view, and a great shower. We enjoyed fresh local food at the on-site restaurant, and breakfast was a morning highlight. The location felt peaceful while still being close to major attractions. Every detail seemed considered. I can’t wait to come back. Five stars.
