Quality Inn & Suites Roswell North

The location is handy for restaurants and shopping, while still being away from the busy town center. Our stay has been a long one, and the staff have been especially accommodating. The rooms are very clean. The only drawbacks for me are the small fridge and older TVs.

The location worked well, with the mall, Sams Club, and hteao nearby and downtown just a few minutes away. Check-in took unusually long, though it wasn’t too bad, and there’s a $250 fee for smoking or cooking. I felt uneasy much of the time. When I went to swim, a maid kept coming in to open the window, and it was freezing. Someone from room service checked on the room but had no cleaning supplies. We said we’d leave so he could clean, but he apologized and didn’t come back. The workers seemed odd or rude. Maybe next time will go better.

They even helped ship my headphones after I left them in the lobby on our last morning, and didn’t mind us making several wedding bouquets in the room. The staff were kind and helpful throughout, and we never felt bad asking for anything. We stayed for my cousin’s wedding last month, and the spacious, tidy room with two queens worked well for our family of four. The indoor pool and great breakfast each morning were much appreciated. Parking was easy, and we could walk to a couple of restaurants for happy hour after our trip from the East Coast, while my husband unpacked and I reset. Roswell is a lovely little town, and the fun attractions were only about ten minutes away. I’d definitely stay here again. There are lots of choices in Roswell, but this one was the best for us.

Having a comfortable home base made the wedding weekend much easier, especially with how supportive the staff were through such a busy, emotional time. Everyone we dealt with was kind, professional, and happy to help our whole group. The rooms looked freshly renovated and were very clean, with comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms, and a welcoming feel. I stayed here for my cousin’s wedding and really can’t say enough about the experience. If you’re considering booking, go for it. They took great care of us.
