The rooms were great and the hotel was very clean. Whenever we saw staff, they were kind and checked if we needed anything. Sarah at the front desk was especially amazing. When we extended our stay, she rearranged rooms so we could keep the same one. She was so sweet and polite.

We paid $77 for the room and $85 in fees, which is absurd. The morning clerk said we should have been charged even more, and never asked how the stay went. Semis on the freeway kept waking us up throughout the night. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Their website calls the breakfast “Free Hot Breakfast,” but says nothing about an extra $10 per day added at check-in. They explained the charge as covering night service, the gym, and hot breakfast. I didn't use the night service or the gym. They need to put that extra daily cost on the website so people know about it.

The room was clean, spacious, and smelled fresh, and the bathroom was especially tidy. The front desk staff were really friendly, and the person who cleaned our room left a thoughtful note, something I’d never had happen before. I’d definitely stay again. There’s a restaurant attached, but it closes at 9 pm, so I’d suggest going into Eau Claire unless it’s late. They don’t serve alcohol there, though there’s also a bar if you want a drink. The only issue that didn’t affect me was that the ice machine on our floor was broken, so we used the one on the main floor.
