The service and hospitality were terrible. They overcharge for extended stays, and hot showers seem to be available only some nights. They don't seem to want your business. Not a good place to stay.

The front desk gentleman was kind and accommodating, which was a plus. The room was just okay, though the sheets and towels were clean and smelled freshly washed. The bathroom fan was a letdown, sounding like a little jet taking off. You get what you pay for, but it was enough for what we needed.

We were desperate for sleep during Blue Ox after our friends kept partying through the night and into the morning. The hotel let us check in incredibly early, at 7:00 am, so we could finally rest. The exterior made us a little unsure at first, but the front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful, and got us into a room right away. The AC felt great, the beds were really comfortable, and it was so quiet. There’s a breakfast place and Kwik Trip just across the street. Thanks for rescuing our Blue Ox trip from our wild friends!

We had a great stay last weekend, and the price was very reasonable. The room was clean, and the staff were really pleasant and helpful. We’ll book here again.

This is my favorite stop when I’m driving two days to see our grandchildren. The location is easy, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. I like hotels that feel like home and charge reasonable prices, without spending loads on silly things meant to impress guests and create extra landfill waste.
