I spent 39 days here and it was peaceful and clean. There’s plenty of parking for my car and a decent amount of bathroom space. You can cook your own meal if you like. The staff are courteous and ready to help with different issues. Such a nice place to stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone interested.

I’m a long-term guest and I move around slowly because of my age, though I can manage on my own. The employees have been magnificent, patient, and compassionate. I depend on oxygen, and they’ve offered to take out my trash. Ms. Cheletha has been especially kind and thoughtful, and wonderful to my children when they stop by to check on me. That feels above and beyond her duties. She also brought packages to my room after they arrived at the office. When my oxygen concentrator was acting up, the oxygen company had to come several times. Ms. Cheletha let them in each time and never seemed irritated. I’m very grateful. Mr. Jason has been very nice as well. When our cable went out, he did his best to get it working again, though it was beyond his control. He apologized a lot and told me his supervisor was working on it.

I feel safe, comfortable, and at home here. I’m so happy with my stay that I’m in no rush to find an apartment. The building is spotless, right down to the hallway floors shining enough to see your reflection, and the team has been wonderful. I was skeptical at first and was meant to check in the next day, but stopped by early to see a room. Coletta at the front desk listened to my concerns, showed me a clean, cozy room, and reassured me that it was quiet and safe. She was right. Since checking in, everyone at the front desk has been consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m a traveling nurse and have stayed at countless extended-stay and five-star hotels over the years. Ms Dee, , and the rest of the team are absolutely wonderful. The location on the I35 frontage road is convenient, but it comes with loud highway noise. Getting onto the frontage road is also difficult when traffic is coming at you at 60 mph or more. For temporary housing, I’d look elsewhere. They don’t have enough staff. The website promises rooms cleaned every two weeks, but ours only got cleaned after the first two weeks, and never again. After that, they only wanted to exchange linens. Jess is the most ignorant and unfriendly person I’ve ever met. Chelitha is one of the best people, but even how great she is can’t overcome all the negatives. I’m so thankful to be out of there.
