Quality Inn & Suites Round Rock - Austin North

For such a low cost, I wasn’t expecting much, so the clean room was a nice surprise. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower had perfect water pressure. The staff were friendly, and everything went smoothly.

I liked the pool tucked into a quiet nook on the grounds, and the front desk staff were all helpful. The rooms show more care and attention than many places I’ve rented nearby. There’s even a laundromat, with large machines at a fair $2 per cycle, so it doesn’t feel like they’re taking advantage of guests. Quality and convenience matter here. I’ve decided to stay another night. This review is just for my first night, so keep it up, or I might have to take back those five stars next time, LOL.

We decided to leave and go to the next hotel because of how we were treated. We were next in line when a friend of the manager, Martin, came in. Martin was at the front desk, greeted the person, and chatted with them. He already had my ID and had started checking us in for two rooms, but stopped and asked us to wait while he checked in his friend first, saying our booking might take a while. I didn’t realize this hotel didn’t use a first-come, first-served line. Very poor customer service.

Travis and Jason checked me in extremely fast. They recognized me as a diamond member, and the customer service was great. Both rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable: room 121 on 5/25/25 and room 118 on 5/26/25. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back in the area.
