Our room was canceled after we’d had it booked for three months. Tracy Prellwitz, the manager, handled it in the worst way I’ve experienced in a very long time. We’ll never stay at this business in Rugby, ND again. This doesn’t even deserve a rating, since they don’t go low enough.

The room was large, and dogs are welcome. A basic breakfast at the attached restaurant was included for free.

I had an emergency funeral and couldn’t find anyone to look after my dog, but they let me bring the dog. The bar and restaurant are great too. I do miss the pool!

There were several large dead bugs in the room, along with some live ones. Someone I was traveling with also found hair in their bed and big stains on the sheets. The place needs a remodel and better cleaners. Even the first impression was off, with a strange smell and everything looking outdated. Do not stay here.

The pool wasn’t open, and the front desk staff weren’t friendly at check in or check out. I was told breakfast came with the stay, but there was no sign of any breakfast. The rooms were clean, but extremely dated, and from outside the place looks like it should be demolished. I wouldn’t stay again unless work forced me to, like this time.
