Pinon Park by Ruidoso Vacation Rentals

The bed was comfortable, but there was very little privacy because the apartments are close together and the walls are paper thin. The parking situation is basically nonexistent, with cars left between trees beside the apartment. The rules about noise had us whispering at times and keeping the radio very low, so this isn't a place for a group larger than two. The bathrooms are small for several people, the soap dispenser was ghetto, and the toilet wasn't secured tightly.

Peaceful and quiet, a nice place to rest and relax. Quiet hours run from 10 pm-8 am, and larger groups should look elsewhere. I met a very pleasant neighbor who made us feel welcome.

We've rented here long term twice over the past four years, and both stays were better than expected. Renee, the property manager, went out of her way to make things relaxing and convenient. The condos are in great condition, and she's there to help if anything comes up. We couldn't be happier with our stays and highly recommend the place.
