I booked through Travelocity and only then found out the hotel was an hour and a half from my destination. When I called to cancel, they charged me a one-night penalty that was more than the original room price, and the staff could not have been nastier. Travelocity made me wait until the hotel charged me, call the hotel for a cancellation number, then call Travelocity back. Seriously?

The room stinks, and there was dog hair on the chair. The halls smell too, and the sliding door is off its track. Not worth the money. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.
