The winter activities were a real highlight: skating on frozen ponds, scenic and well-organized ice fishing that the kids could enjoy, and sledding through the Lil’ Wranglers program, which our kids loved. The food was genuinely exceptional, and we even had an unforgettable lunch in a yurt at the top of the mountain. We spent four nights at Brush Creek Ranch in mid-February with our family of four. It was wonderfully quiet while we were there, with stunning scenery and staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Skiing on their private mountain was worth the roughly 45-minute drive to the base. The runs were groomed, there was lots of powder, and the whole experience went smoothly. Staff took care of equipment setup, transportation, and guidance. Our kids were new to skiing, and their instructors were patient, fun, and really good at teaching children. It’s a winter family getaway that combines luxury with outdoor activities, with every detail handled beautifully.

The property and views are the kind you remember for a lifetime, and so are the stories and memories held there. The Whites’ legacy on the property is unbelievable. Every part of the place feels carefully thought through. I can’t put into words how great our stay at the lodge was. The staff are over the top, the food is world class, and I can’t think of a single thing that could have made the experience better.

The cattle herding was unforgettable and gave us a sense of just how huge the ranch is. The ranch feels out of the ordinary, with thoughtful design from the main building and its views right through to the rooms. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. An exceptional experience.

The pastry staff were so kind, and their gluten-free options still make my mouth water. The firearms staff were incredible, very knowledgeable, supportive, and exceptional teachers. Amazing location and accommodations. Going back soon.
